Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- The item is not as described
- Wrong item received
- The item is damaged or defective
Return Process
Returning your items is simple and hassle-free. You can return items via mail or directly at our store.
Via Mail:

- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
In-Store:
Bring the item to our store along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
Return Fees
We do not charge any return fees; however, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Amounts Based on Return Reason:
- Item not received → 100% refund
- Wrong item/item not as described → 100% refund (customer must return item)
- Item is damaged or defective → 100% refund (customer must return item)
- Customer not satisfied with product → 80% refund (customer must return item)
Cancellation Policy
